I am a nurse and have worked twelve hour day and night shifts for ten years. This affects the family as well as physical and mental health. Now I'm finally on morning shifts and it's much better. You should hang it to dry. The scent will be stronger and last longer if you do. I just hang mine over some chairs in the dining room.

Wow. Huge change of scenery. My husbands been wanting to take a trip to Alaska as we’ve looked into a cruise that is a 9-10 day cruise of different places . We go camping but we have a camper that we sleep in .

I grew up in a Navy family. Navy Chiefs go through an initiation as well. But I remember the constant moving. Then I married an army guy ( moved mostly Georgia, Italy, then Colorado), we did divorce but it is what it is. But the moving sucks. Layers help a lot with cold ( having lived in Chicago and Colorado). May want to invest in space heaters ( a fireplace heater works to and adds to a cozy environment). But best wishes to y’all and thanks to you and your husband for your service ( as a nurse and service member).
